Solid carbide endmills are processed by the high precision digital grinding center by using imported micro grain carbide blanks. With internationally advanced coating technology, the tool surface hardness can reach up to HV3500 and the cutting speed to 40000 rpm. The main series are from Ø0.2 to Ø25MM, including ball nose endmills, taper endmills, high hardness endmills, endmills for aluminum and graphite and various drills.
Brazed carbide tools are the substitute for high speed steel cutting tools. The main series are brazed carbide endmills and various special brazed carbide tools from Ø10 to Ø300MM, and brazed drills and reamers from Ø10 to Ø50MM.
